1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or there's a problem with an item bought from us, this policy explains how to return it and get a refund or exchange. This policy applies to goods purchased for sale and does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
2. Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a change of mind. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, labels and accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. How to start a return

We'll confirm the return and provide instructions. You can also return eligible items to our store directly.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Refunds cover the price of the item; original delivery charges are refunded only where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we recommend a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we cover return shipping.
6. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services legislation and the Consumer Rights Act 2022, goods must be of merchantable quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
7. Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, or practical reasons, the following generally cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty:
- Fuel and combustible products
- Chemicals, feed, paint, and pest-control products once opened
- Items made or configured to your specification
- Gift cards
- Used or fitted items (e.g. footwear or clothing worn beyond trying on)
This does not affect your rights if such an item is faulty.
8. Your right to cancel (online orders)
If you bought online as a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Certain items listed in Section 7 are exempt from this right.
9. Hire equipment
Equipment hire (plant, machinery, tools booked through our Hire category) is a rental service and is not covered by the return/refund terms above. Hire cancellations, early returns, and charges are governed by our Hire Terms & Conditions — please contact us for details before your hire start date.
