BOND IT ANCHOR BOND

 is a high-strength, two-part polyester chemical anchoring resin designed to provide secure, permanent fixings in a wide range of construction materials. Supplied in a convenient twin-component cartridge, it mixes automatically through the supplied nozzle to create a rapid-curing, high-performance bond.

Unlike traditional expansion anchors, Anchor Bond distributes the load evenly throughout the fixing point, reducing stress on the surrounding material. This makes it ideal for close-to-edge installations and applications where maximum holding strength is required.

Typical Curing Times (Approx. at 20°C)

Directions for Use

1. Drill the correct diameter hole to the required depth.

2. Thoroughly clean the hole to remove all dust and debris.

3. Fit the mixing nozzle and dispense a small amount until an even grey colour appears.

4. Fill approximately half the hole with resin.

5. Insert the threaded rod or fixing while slowly twisting.

6. Allow the resin to cure fully before applying any load.
