The Husqvarna Elite-Cut S45 Exo-Grit™ diamond blade is a blade specially developed for high-performance cutting of heavily reinforced concrete, medium-hard cured concrete, pavers and other similar concrete construction materials.
This premium quality concrete cutting diamond blade features alternate Husqvarna Exo-Grit™ Z-Edge and Exo-Grit™ Flat segments, where the diamond grit contained in each segment is arranged in an auto-array format, which reduces the segment’s side friction, reduces vibrations, improves slurry evacuation and also increases both cutting speed and service life too. In addition to this, the more uniform arrangement of the diamond grit within the segments delivers a more consistent high-cutting performance throughout the life of the blade.
It features 15mm generously high diamond segments and is also available in a 14”/350mm and 16”/400mm diameter format too. Designed for wet or dry use.
This premium, high-performance and economical diamond blade has a slanted keyhole gullet configuration with alternate Exo-Grit™ Z-Edge and Exo-Grit™ Flat segments which cut freely, smoothly and efficiently, as well as protecting the blade from excessive friction against the kerf walls. It also has a number of smarter design features, including:
